We know that the majority of parents need regular after school childcare and as such we require you to book sessions as an ongoing arrangement with Extended Schools Manager- pups@htpd.surrey.sch.uk

If your child will not be attending their regular PUPS session, inform us as soon as possible and email pups@htpd.surrey.sch.uk. If the Extended School manager is not informed by the evening before the booked session, you will be charged for a full session.

You will not be charged if:

  • your child has become poorly during the day
  • your child is absent due to illness
  • your child is attending a school trip/residential

If your child would like to attend a teacher-led or external club and they are booked into PUPs, please be aware that you will still be charged for the first session; this is to ensure that there is a space at PUPS for your child when they finish their club at 4pm. Billing is done daily, and you will be charged based on the time your child is signed out. All billing is processed through ParentPay.
