Applications for admission into Year R and Year 3 must be made on the Surrey Local Authority applications form or its online applications system between 31 October 2016 and 15 January 2017.

Please ensure that you include the category under which are applying in the Reasons for Preference box. Also, please note that there are no exceptional medical or social criteria.
In addition both Pewley Down Infant and Holy Trinity Junior schools have their own Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to gain information necessary for allocating places for Pewley Down under criterion 2, 3(b), 6, 8, 10 and 11 and for Holy Trinity under criterion 3, 6, 7 and 8. Places are awarded based on the information given in the Surrey County Council application and SIF. If no SIF is provided, an applicant will be ranked in the highest relevant category based on the information available. If the information in the application or SIF is discovered to be false the offer will be withdrawn.
